ABOUT CBD + HEMP
What is the difference between CBD and Full Spectrum Hemp Oil inside the Fe Blends?
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabis plant. It's a naturally occurring substance that's used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike its cousin, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive.
CBD is just one of over 100 phytocannabinoids present in the cannabis plant. Full- Spectrum products don’t just contain CBD, rather they include CBDa, CBD, CBGa, CBG, CBN, CBCa, CBC, in addition to terpenes phenolics (anti-oxidants) and flavonoids (anti-inflammatories) existing naturally inside the cannabis plant, which guarantees the utmost purity and potency.
What is the “Entourage Effect”?
Full-spectrum hemp oil produces what researchers have dubbed the “entourage effect,” meaning that all of the elements in full-spectrum CBD may work better together than a single CBD cannabinoid used alone.
This collectively powerful entourage effect translates to a rich, full-spectrum hemp oil with higher bioavailability at lower doses. The less heat used during the harvest, extraction, and infusion process, the more dynamic, robust, and potent the entourage effect outcome.
