What are shipping options?
USPS First Class shipping takes between 3-5 business days.
If you would like to expedite shipping, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Please inquire on our contact page or at email@example.com about international shipping. We take into consideration each country's current legalities.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends. All orders received after 12pm PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original package state for a full refund. To return an item, please email a return request with your order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your note please include the following:
Date of purchase
Reason for return
After receiving your return request we will reach out to you and provide you with a Return Processing Request form and our warehouse shipping address. Please include the Return Processing Request, original invoice, and product unopened in the return package.
Shipping costs for online returns are to be taken care of by the customer. Please record your package tracking number as we will not be responsible for any return that is not received by our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and your refund has been issued. Processing may be delayed based on banking terms.
